Stephens Chapin Insurance has a career opportunity for candidates looking to join a growing team in the insurance industry. We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to assist in servicing our client base. Property Casualty Insurance License and Experience is preferred, but not required.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Developing and reviewing quotes
•Processing new and renewal accounts
•Answering phone calls
•Assisting with client claims
What we are looking for:
Ideal candidates must be able to deliver superior customer service
while working as a team player. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
are necessary to effectively maintain customer relationships. This position
requires self-motivation, multi-tasking, and excellent attention to detail.
General computer skills, experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are
necessary. Vertafore AMS360 skills preferred but not required. Candidates must
pass a background check and obtain their property & casualty insurance
license within 30 days of hire.
This position is full-time, M-F 8:30-5:30.
